We fought our heat and air system for years trying to cool the boy's room efectively.  In the morning we could get their rooms cool, but the other side of the house was too chilly, and before noon on an average summer day their room and the bonus room were too hot to be in.  We desperately needed help.  Thankfully, we found Hixon Heating and Air!!  Your team came out and explained what we had, what we needed, and what we might want.  Every desire seemed to be covered, but I must admit we were still skeptical.  One thing we were told was particularly influential, and ultimately the cause for me writing this note.  We were promised that the boy's tooms and the bonus room would be as cold as we wanted, and the rest of the house would be appropriate as well.

This is what happened:  We bought.  We bought the one Hixon recommended.  Our bills are the same as they were, although this unit is of much greater power and ability.  It works great, from end to end of the house including the bonus room.  We strongly recommend you and your company!

Dear Mr. Hixon,

You installed a replacement heating and air conditioning system in my home.

This is to let you know, now that the hot weather is here, how much I appreciate a very cool and comfortable home. This past winter was especially nice, (with a cold winter like I have never seen in Atlanta) my system did not skip a beat.

The only problem I had in the five years was the condensation drain. . . you were here in no time to fix that.
